The Road Warriors was my first band in Colorado back in the '80s. I played Mandolin, Stave Haas on Guitar, John Ramsey on Banjo and Allen Swedland on bass. Here's we're playing at the Golden Leaves Bluegrass Festival in legendary Cripple Creek Colorado.

My wife definitely knew what she was in for after this. Roger Bellow organized the music and many members of Charleston Folk came out and turned the reception into a contra dance. That's Don Stallard on spoons in the middle. He picked up the name Heir Leffel (Mr. Spoons) on a gig we had on a German cruise ship one time. Ahh... memories!
